Phase 1 - Preparation
We work with the clients to understand the business, objectives and help position the company to attract the best acquirers. We help prepare marketing materials including Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) and Teasers.
CPCP advises and represents companies in buy-side discussions with targeted acquisition candidates. We represent management teams in leveraged buyout situations, including valuation, transaction structuring and raising capital. CPCP executes acquisition searches and provides buy-side advisory services for clients pursuing consolidation strategies and arranging financing for acquisitions where necessary.
