Prior to joining CPCP, Mitchel worked for a management consulting firm, Korn Ferry, in Montreal as a research associate. He is specialized in operation optimization, corporate restructuring, and strategic development advisory. He also acquired several engineering positions with hands-on experience in manufacturing and emerging technologies.
Mitchel is a graduate of the Master of Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. He also holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from McGill University.

Before business school, Shivani was a doctor of medicine with specialization in public medicine and has six years of experience in the field. She also worked with a non-profit in to gain management experience before joining the business school. During her MBA, she did a summer internship in investment banking at Barclays. Apart from work, she enjoys cooking and innovating with recipes and loves traveling.

Ritika is an Analyst at CPCP. She is a Masters in Finance student at University of Illinois and also a CFA Level 3 candidate. Prior to pursuing her Masters, she worked at Deloitte in their Financial Risk team and her clients included some of the largest private and public banks in India. When she is not working on financial models, Ritika likes to conduct research for her equities portfolio, travel, read and scuba-dive.

Alexander has significant executive experience in the technology and banking industries. Starting his career in the dot com era assisting startups in securing working capital and private placements. He has since worked in venture capital as business development. Prior to joining CPCP, Alexander served as Vice President of Business Development at a specialized technology focused M&A Advisory firm in Los Angeles. Alexander brings nearly 20 years of finance and business development to CPCP and is known for his innovative approach to solving complex business problems and complex shareholder issues and deal structures.

Prior to joining CPCP, Kashika was an Associate Vice President with HSBC where she looked at Transaction Banking for SMEs. She was known for her excellent new business acquisition talents. She has studied profitable business, mainly from sectors such IT and automobile. She also championed the Start Up drive for the bank wherein she focused on growth stage companies from across sectors – from B2B and SaaS to consumer and healthcare. Besides working on business models, Kashika loves and boasts about her CrossFit skills. She can also be found playing football in various recreation leagues across South of New Delhi. Her passion for sports began very early in life and over the years she has spent time learning new forms of sports from Golf to Parkour. With her natural sense of humor, she loves meeting new people and seeks to see something positive in everyone she meets.
