Nisha Sachdeva
Nisha brings 13+ years of experience in asset management and structured finance. In her prior roles at Clix Capital (An Apollo PE Portfolio company, erstwhile GE Capital), Nisha was actively involved in raising capital, investor relations and worked closely with various teams to create digital lending products. She also was the Founder at Heka, a last mile financing platform for patients and was a Co-Founder at Esgalier Advisors (an ESG advisory firm). She has worked closely with founders and CEOs to help them identify new business opportunities and scale. Advisor to start-ups based in India & the USA and built strong and deep relationships with leading business houses/founders and the investor ecosystem. She is a Master’s graduate from the University of Waterloo.
Debjeet Gupta
Debjeet has over a decade of extensive experience in banking and financial services. He brings a wealth of investment banking knowledge and strong leadership. He previously worked for Lehman Brothers and Nomura where he initially worked on post-merger integration projects post Lehman’s bankruptcy. Later he advanced to helping companies grow and sell and led several M&A transactions in the lower-middle market. He is actively involved in the startup community mentoring and advising first time entrepreneurs. He received his MBA from University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business
Alex Khoras
Alexander has significant executive experience in the technology and banking industries. Starting his career in the dot com era assisting startups in securing working capital and private placements. He has since worked in venture capital as business development. Prior to joining CPCP, Alexander served as Vice President of Business Development at a specialized technology focused M&A Advisory firm in Los Angeles. Alexander brings nearly 20 years of finance and business development to CPCP and is known for his innovative approach to solving complex business problems and complex shareholder issues and deal structures.
Alexander holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Humanitarian University of Moscow.
Aman Dar
Aman is currently an MBA candidate at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia who also holds an MS in Finance from the George Washington University School of Business. He has experience advising commercial clients in M&A and corporate strategy related matters from his time at Cognizant. In addition to experience assisting Federal clients in engagements related to renewable energy, project finance, digital strategy, and program management from his time at Booz Allen Hamilton. In his free time Aman can often be found outside the house with his wife Momina and 2-year-old Husky Luna, exploring the monuments in DC and travelling as much as humanly possible!
