A typical recruitment process at CPCP follows the below structure. Click on each tab for further information.

While the application process depends on the role, there are some constants. You'll need to start with an online application form, and we'll ask about your contact details, education and work experience. You will also need to upload your resume and cover letter, so it’s a good idea to have this ready.

If your application is successful you'll be invited to complete a number of online assessments or take part in a telephone interview. Our online assessments are carefully designed to measure the skills and capabilities you'll need to be successful in our roles, and they'll also give you an idea of what our roles involve. They usually take about an hour and you’ll always have the opportunity to practice first.

We have moved to a fully virtual interview process. Our telephone and video interviews give us the opportunity to find out more about your experience and technical skills, and give you the chance to ask us questions. They usually last about half an hour. We want you to be free to choose an interview time that suits you, so we’ll give you some options and ask you to choose one of them online. We’ll be keen to explore your motivation for the role, your fit with our values and the key skills and competencies you need for the role.
